Start the new year with gymnastics!
Here, at SGS, we offer classes for a range of ages and abilities. We love gymnastics because it strengthens our muscles, balance, coordination and confidence. Also, it’s really fun! So, whether you’re trying it for the first time or returning we look forward to seeing you at the gym.
Now is the time to sign up for our Winter session which starts on January 6th. Register early to reserve a spot in the new year. Classes do fill up quick, so don’t wait!

2018 Notice of Annual General Meeting
It’s that time of year again!
Our 2018 AGM will be held in the Library at Frank Hurt Secondary at 7 pm on Wednesday, October 24.
Registration will start at 6 pm. Attendance is mandatory for all Competitive, Pre-Competitive, and Interclub families. We highly encourage our Recreational families attend as well.
The AGM is your chance to meet the Staff and Board Members of SGS. As well, it is the best place for new and returning families to hear an overview of our previous year and upcoming events.
