These programs are for children ages 6 and up, and follow the National CANGYM evaluation system (Levels 1-12).
Panthers (Kindergarten Only)
Panthers will focus on basic gymnastics skills, while building strength, coordination, balance and flexibility. This class is for Kindergartners only!
Level 1 (6 to 9 year olds)
For girls and boys. This 1 hour entry level program focuses on basic gymnastics skills as well as safety in the gym and general playgrounds.
Level 2 and 3 Girls Level 2-4 Boys(7 years and up)
This is a 1.5 hour program for athletes who have mastered level 1 (or level 2 if they are going into level 3) or beginners who are age 8 or over who would like more challenge.
Level 5-12 Boys (8 years and up)
Level 5-12 is for our advanced Cangym athletes. It is recommended to come twice a week, as the skills in these levels are more advanced and require more practice time.
Level 4-6 Girls (8 years and up)
This 2 hour class is for participants who have mastered level 3 and are ready to learn the next level of skills.
Level 7-12 Girls (8 years and up)
This class is for athletes who have passed level 6 and are ready for more of a challenge. Classes are 2 hours twice per week. It is mandatory to come twice per weeks as the skills in these levels are more difficult and need more practice time.
This 1.5 hour program is designed to accommodate older participants, who have little or no previous gymnastics experience.
Tumbling for ALL (6 years and up)
This class is for athletes who just want to work on tumbling. It is very popular for cheerleaders and arco dancers. It’s 1.5 hours.
Trampoline for ALL (6 years and up)
This class is for athletes who just are interested in working on trampoline. The class is 1 hour and time is spent on learning basics on tramp and control and then advancing onto harder skills.
