Order form became available with all the gift cards that are available to SGS for your Christmas shopping convenience. There are many more options on the form than what we ordinarily stock here in the office. Please take a look through the list and think about everyone on your Christmas list!

Order forms must be returned to the SGS office with payment no later than Wednesday, December 7th, so that office can ensure you will receive the cards prior to Christmas.
Payment by cheque is preferred but we can accept VISA, MASTERCARD and Interac as well.
Paper copies of this form can be found in the SGS entryway as well.
