This Fall session we are starting some new classes. Please see our Fall schedule for when they are offered. Tell all your friends.
Beginner trampoline class (ages 6-9): This one hour class is great for kids who love to jump! Children will learn various skills on the trampoline, as well as floor skills and conditioning exercises to improve strength and spatial awareness.
Intermediate trampoline class (ages 10+): This one and a half hour class is a great fit for older athletes looking to learn trampoline and tumbling skills! Gymnasts in this class will spend time on the floor apparatus and trampoline, as well as doing conditioning exercises to improve strength, body control, and spatial awareness.
